HTML5 Interactive Training & Configuration Tools
One of Tidel’s flagship products is the Series 4/4e cash controller. This sophisticated device has numerous functions, all activated through a touchscreen LCD panel. In addition, there are 10 optional peripherals that expand functionality.
The initial need was to provide easy-to-access online training for end users. We created 68 interactive training modules that include 3D renderings and animated videos, audio voice-over, and a simulated interactive LCD panel so that users could learn and practice the Series 4/4e’s functionality before using the actual device. In addition, Tidel sales staff also use this tool to show the product’s functionality to potential clients.
Another interactive project for Tidel is the Configuration Tool. The Series 4/4e and it’s peripherals can be configured in over 500,000 different ways. This tool allows sales staff or potential customers to configure a system that meets their needs, while ensuring hardware compatibility. The end result is a list of the user’s custom configuration that can be saved as a PDF file and/or emailed to others.
Design & Layout for Print Materials, Trade Show Booths, e-Mail Campaigns, and Presentations
Tidel’s marketing efforts are not only digital, but include print media as well. We’ve developed numerous print projects for Tidel’s wide range of products and peripherals. We do the original design and layout, create graphics and incorporate photography, build high-resolution print files, and oversee the print runs. Some print projects for Tidel include:

Corporate Photography
Tidel’s full product line includes four major product groups and ten peripherals. We shoot all of Tidel’s products on-site and have also taken photos of products in use at clients’ locations. In addition, we have taken executive head shots, employee group photos, and shots in the manufacturing plant. The final photos are used in both online and print marketing pieces.
